“Have all of your employees had elocution lessons?” — Scott McKay

“Paul was also very neat and pleasant. Your folks have people skills!” — Sherry Reisner

“I'm a day late in saying thanks for sending Dave on Wednesday. He's a class act just like everybody at OOTW that we've dealt with. Is there anyone 'below average' among the staff?” — Regina Pyle

While the skills and craftsmanship of our employees are known to be top notch, clients are often surprised by their manners, neatness, and pleasant dispositions.

The Team

We know that what we do is inherently invasive and, as wonderful as our team is, there will be days in the middle of your project where you’re going to wish no one was coming. It’s important that you feel comfortable with, and like, the people you’re letting into your home. Just imagine having someone you can’t stand walking through your front door every morning at 7am for three months. Pretty scary, huh?

So please dive in, and become acquainted with the team you’ll be happy to greet every morning! Staff bios coming soon.
